Rental Policy Insurance:
You must provide a standard certificate of insurance listing Khan, Imran as loss payee and additional insured as well as list the deductible amount, at least 48 hours prior to check out.Also a security deposit either in cash, certified bank check or credit card authorization for the amount of the insurance policy’s deductible must be received upon rental.Payment:
Cash or certified bank check for the rental amount must be received prior to checkout. All rental charges incurred are subject to an 8.325% New York sales tax unless a valid NYS Tax Exempt Certificate is provided.
Rental Guidelines:
To reserve equipment, a deposit via credit card authorization, cash or certified bank check must be left for the full rental amount, otherwise the equipment’s availability will not be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation of a rental reservation will be assessed 1/2 the total rental fee. Any cancellations of a rental reservation within 48 hours prior to your scheduled checkout date will be assessed the full rental fee.Returns:
Any and all equipment returned after the specified time on the expected day of return will be charged for that day at the standard daily rental rate. All security deposits will be returned by mail or cancelled after all equipment has been returned and fully checked for function by one of our technicians. Any lost and/or damaged equipment will be charged accordingly.
